NICU Opportunities
Please note that our current waitlist for the day shift is 2-4 years due to our exceptional retention. We are worth the wait.
Our Womens and Childrens units are fast-paced and include high-acuity patients. If you are looking to expand your knowledge base, our leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and growth for every team member.
- Patient Population: 22 weeks GA - Term
- Patient Ratios: 1:1-4
- Number of Beds: 83, including an 8-bed unit for the smallest patients, with an average daily census of 50
- Unit Highlights: State Designated Level IV NICU Care, 600+ Annual NICU admissions, 24/7 Neonatologist and NNP in-house coverage, Neonatal transport team, Neonatal Internship, and Transition to Practice residency. We support your goals and encourage certification and professional development.

Registered Nurse Requirements
- At least two years of RN experience in the NICU, level III or higher
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- License/Certification:
- RN- Registered Nurse
- BLS- Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
- NRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 30 days of hire)
