Who we are:

ReNew partners with SNFs, ALFs, and LTACHs to provide the most advanced treatment protocols available in the post-acute setting. Our team of highly skilled wound care specialists provides advanced treatments in skilled nursing facilities, which dramatically cut down on hospital readmissions.

What We Ask:

Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, which may be chronic or acute, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals at each facility to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress to ensure continuity of care.
Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.

What We Need:

Valid PA License – Board Certified
Minimum of 1 year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
Ability to travel to multiple locations.
