Patient Ratios: 1:1 (May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
Experience Required: 1 year of skilled home health experience
First-Timers Accepted: No
Weekend Requirement: No
Certifications Required: BCLS
On-Call Requirement: No
Floating Requirement: Clinician will not float within scope to meet facility needs
Block Schedule: Not accommodating
Local Candidates Accepted: Yes; considered "local" within a 50-75 mile radius, with locals accepted at the same rate

RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
Guaranteed Hours: Per contract, facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) if needed
Special Requirements: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. The system efficiently groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time, with an occasional maximum radius of 50 miles. Oasis experience is preferred, but not required; please note if the candidate does not have Oasis experience.
