- Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM with Saturdays as needed
What you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years' Call Center or Customer Service experience
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Associate's Degree or higher in business or healthcare-related field
General Summary: Assists the Manager, Central Scheduling in organizing the daily activities of the department. Acts as a resource person for employees. Monitors the quality indicators of Central Scheduling and recommends changes as necessary. Serves as a role model by adhering to the Edward 'We Wills' and supports these behavior expectations from team members.
