- Salary position, ranging between $83,200 and $104,000 annually, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities
- Provides skilled speech therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and assesses and interprets evaluations and test results of patients.
- Adheres to state requirements for supervision of SLPAs and Clinical Fellows to provide services with the highest care standards.
- Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and/or providing assistive equipment/follow-up programs.
- Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations/interventions, treatments, responses, and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries.
- Maintains patient records confidentially.
- Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Complies with the applicable State Speech Therapy Practice Act, codes, and regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols.
- Maintains clean work area, clean treatment rooms, and requests needed supplies.
- Maintains professional appearance and personal conduct at all times.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers and other professionals as it relates to collaboration of care for the patient.
- Keeps regular clinic hours as approved by Manager.
- Directs all patient scheduling matters through the front desk coordinator.
- Attends meetings as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an ASHA accredited Speech Therapy program.
- Current State Speech Therapist license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or qualifies to complete Clinical Fellowship.
- Current CPR certification.
- Efficient problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and time management skills.
- Must keep the best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities.
