Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Pediatrics
Shift : Days / 7a-7:30p, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW,2 of the major holidays
Length: 13 weeks
Call: When Census drops, may be placed on standby
Requirements:
- CA License
- 3 Years Experience
- Must be able to start their own IV’s, strong clinical skills
- BLS
- PALS
Other Details: - First to float
- Floating: To PICU for low acuity and burn ICU for appropriate level of care peds.
- # beds :35 (average census is 8 – up in winter, down in summer)
- Ratios: 4 to 1 both days/nights
- EMR System: Cerner
- Types of patients: Respiratory distress, appendectomy, dehydration, DKA, seizures, general surgeries only
