Responsibilities
Considering a unique opportunity for growth in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic? Join the team at this state-of-the-art Pain Treatment Center at 180 Sawgrass as a Nurse Navigator. This role works collaboratively with the treatment team in both the clinic and procedural areas to ensure that all patient needs are met. Assist with appointment and procedural needs to facilitate comprehensive care.
Coordinate patient education for anticipated procedures, as well as screening all patients for appropriate care, such as moderate sedation and medication review.
Ideal candidates will have experience with:
- Phone triage
- Management of in-basket patient messaging
- Utilization of ISTOP for patient medication refills
- Post-procedure management
Other duties include being a clinic and procedural area nursing resource for both provider and nursing teams. This individual must possess strong interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills including telephone and electronic communication. Organization and time management are a must. Registered Nurse, Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of 3 years' experience required.
Qualifications
This individual will also represent the unit in various hospital committees and assist with staff scheduling processes and needs. Must possess strong interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills including telephone and electronic communication as well as excellent organizational skills.
Excellent phone triage skills with the ability to function independently within the transition of care and follow-up period. Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) minimum 3 years' experience required.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $36.73 - $47.75 Hourly
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
