Clinical Deputy Manager- Ashley Park- Guildford
Location: The Street, West Clandon, Guildford, GU4 7SU.
Salary: Up to £54,905 per annum, Depending on experience.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, but some flexibility will be required to conduct night visits or weekend working to support the team. 18 hours working on the floor as the nurse and 24 hours supernumerary.
Contract: 42 hours per week.

Job responsibilities
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
- Creating and updating individual care plans for our residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Maintaining correct staffing levels through efficient management of rotas.
- Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting our residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
- Building lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, fostering a sense of community.
- Liaising with local partners to raise the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.
Person Specification
Experience
- Experience in nursing care/activities within a care home setting.
- Ability to create and update individual care plans and maintain medication records.
- Experience in staffing management and rotas.
- Clinical experience to provide support and guidance to the team.
- Skills in building relationships with residents and their families.
- Experience in community engagement and partnership building.
