About the Role:
Main Responsibilities:
- 8-10 years of experience in customer support or project management.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with JIRA is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
