Job Title: Patient Access Lead - USFTGP (240004FV)
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading Patient Access staff involved in the billing and follow-up of clinic patients. The role provides leadership to the patient access team, including completion of patient medical insurance eligibility, processing benefits, and referral authorizations for patients.

2+ years experience in Patient Access/Accounts setting
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the daily activities of designated area, including scheduling, staffing and coordinating workflow using independent judgment and following departmental procedures to ensure overall operations are maintained according to standard.
- Participates in the performance improvement process by assisting management in the monitoring of staff performance.
- Completes staff training, maintaining productivity standards and ensuring that established goals and objectives are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
- Develop and manage successful communications and relationships with providers, staff and administrative teams to create awareness of patient experience initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet customer/patient service outcomes for patient experience goals.
- Maintains overall patient experience and safety, following all policies and protocols, to allow for optimal experience of care.
