About the Position
The Physician Recruiter at Legacy Community Health will recruit qualified physicians for a multi-speciality clinic group. As a Recruiter, you will advertise and market job opportunities, cold call and network with physicians and agencies, and successfully complete assigned physician searches. In this role, you will consult from the initial recruitment through final negotiations, prepare a comprehensive profile of open opportunities, and develop and implement targeted candidate strategies. The Physician Recruiter also serves as the primary contact for physician candidates throughout the recruitment process, including facilitation of on-site interviews, assistance with the offer as well as contract negotiations as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, HR, or related field preferred
- 3 years of full-cycle physician recruiting experience
- Willing and able to work in our Corporate Office in Houston, TX 2 - 3x per month
