Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (when hired FT), $2,500 (when hired PT)

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses primarily for our Waconia location (may take occasional shifts at Chaska location as needed). These caregivers should have a desire and the heart to empower residents’ lives with purpose and passion. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Competently perform related functions of a clinically astute licensed nurse and deliver quality clinical procedures.
- Administer medications to residents as required by physician orders.
- Mentor, monitor and direct Nursing Assistants.
- Contribute to planning, implementing and evaluating nursing policies and procedures.
- Communicate verbally and in writing while maintaining open lines of communication with residents, families, nursing staff, other departments, and external health professionals and agencies.
- Respond appropriately in emergencies to assure resident safety and security.
- Assist residents with all forms of ADLs.
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and skilled care to our residents.
- Understand/support the Resident Bill of Rights.
- Follow Federal and state of Minnesota rules and regulations governing nursing facilities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved RN program
- Currently Licensed by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- CPR Certified
- Compassionate, Altruistic, and Dedicated
- Resident-centric
- Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with staff and residents
- Ability to work independently with no supervision
