Job Overview
HealthRIGHT 360 at Be Well is an Adult Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program located on the Be Well Orange County campus. The program provides a more compassionate system of care that works better for everyone in the community.
The 24/7/365 residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program provides 3.1, 3.3, and 3.5 ASAM levels of care for males and females, as well as 3.2 withdrawal management.
The Supervisor is a clinician maintaining a valid BBS or CPB license or Registration. The Supervisor supervises and manages staff to ensure provision of quality client care and effective team performance to meet agency goals in accordance with HealthRIGHT 360's philosophy, goals, policies, mission, and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision, training, and guidance to the direct service staff assigned.
- Ensure all direct reports are in compliance with HR 360 policies, procedures, and performance goals.
- Conduct formal performance evaluations in a timely manner.
- Identify direct reports' strengths and weaknesses and strive to develop each direct report to their fullest potential.
- Deliver and arrange training and resources required for direct reports.
- Provide coaching, support, and performance management to ensure productivity/client care expectations are met.
- Support the manager in interviewing, selection, hiring, and terminations.
- Manage performance of direct reports including performance improvement plans.
- Maintain open communication with the Manager regarding employee matters/needs.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings to support client care and staff development.
Treatment Oversight
- Responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of all treatment services provided by direct reports.
- Ensure that direct reports provide strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally competent services.
- Review clinical documentation and provide co-signature as applicable.
- Identify treatment oversight needs for the team and communicate them to the Manager.
- Facilitate and assist with client case conferences as applicable.
- Ensure the team collaborates with all members of the behavioral health team.
Program Management
- Ensure that all treatment service plans and activities align with the organization’s values, mission, vision, and strategy.
- Maintain team productivity and contract utilization.
- Ensure compliance with all programmatic or project contractual requirements.
- Consult and collaborate with the manager regarding client assignment and workload distribution.
Direct Service
- Provide direct service as necessary, which may include crisis intervention, assessments, and treatment plans.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD with license or license eligible through BBS or CBP.
- Minimum of three years’ experience providing supervision to direct service providers.
- Experience with treatment and management of clients with co-occurring disorders.
- Knowledge of providing trauma-informed services.
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Background Clearance Required
- Live scan fingerprint clearance.
- Must not be on parole or probation for a minimum of two years.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots.
- First Aid certified within 30 days of employment.
- CPR certified within 30 days of employment.
- Must be able to pass TB test upon hire and annually.
