Mission
The mission of Sampoerna Academy is to provide a safe, caring, and collaborative learning environment that is of the highest quality and meets global expectations for student achievement and character development. Our educational foundation is student-centered with a strong emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) which enables students to become mature, confident global citizens with a strong sense of purpose. Our end goal is to prepare students for tertiary education and to make them work-ready and world-ready.

Responsibilities:
- To conceptualize the broad goals of the school and plans accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented to carry out the total school program.
- To ensure that the school program is run on in compliance with school SOPs that is compatible with the legal, financial and organizational structure of the school system.
- To provide activities which facilitate the professional growth of the school staff and enhance the quality of the instructional program.
- To ensure that instructional objectives for a given subject and/or classroom are developed, and involves the faculty and others in the development of specific curricular objectives to meet the needs of the school program.
- To maintain inter-school system communication and seeks assistance from central office staff to improve performance.
- To develop and maintain good relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- To provide proper regular reports, work plan and performance measurement (KPI) to direct supervisor.
- To assist the direct supervisor and work with other departments/units, if required, in improving the program’s concept and implementation strategy; to do various researches, monitoring and evaluations.
- Principal should be ready to accomplish any type of project asked by the Head of SA and/or to relocate to other Sampoerna Academy project in order to achieve the vision and mission of Sampoerna Academy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Holds Master's Degree from Education or any relevant disciplines. (Behavior Competencies are analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, and Strategic Planning)
- Possesses min 5 years work experience in the same position. (Behavior Competencies are Team Leadership, and Relation Building).
- Possesses reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (Behaviour Competencies are communicative, and Interactive).
- Fluent in English which is reading, writing, speaking (Behaviour Competencies are Communicative and Informative).
- Excellent communication and presentation skill (Behaviour Competencies are Communicative and Informative).
- Good analytical skill (Behaviour Competencies are Analytical Thinking).
- Good conceptual skill (Behaviour Competencies are Conceptual Thinking).
- Good administrative skill (Behaviour Competencies are Orderliness, and Neatness).
