Organization: Diagnostic Radiology Team 11
Job Summary:
Performs diagnostic imaging services in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures to ensure the best possible patient care services are delivered.
Shift Position: Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Tuesday 21:30p - 08:00am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate and cost-effective imaging.
- Applies a broad range of skills to ensure exam is completed timely and meets quality and compliance standards.
- Provides appropriate screening process to patients, staff and self according to prescribed safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Tennessee licensure (Required); or must obtain Tennessee licensure within 60 days of hire. If not obtained, employment will end. Recent graduates only: after successful completion of the course or program, have a 6-month grace period while awaiting board exam and subsequent licensure. If not obtained, employment will end.
Technical Capabilities:
- Diagnostic Equipment (Fundamental Awareness): Has training, direct exposure, limited experience, or past experience working with equipment diagnostic tools. Able to resolve simple equipment problems.
- Compliance (Fundamental Awareness): Demonstrates basic knowledge of the core rules, regulations, instructions and guidelines as they apply to assignments.
- Patient Documentation (Fundamental Awareness): Has limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with patient documentation.
