As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) at Paramount Senior Living, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. Your nursing skills, combined with a caring and empathetic approach, will ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by following established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in ongoing training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices.
- Assist with the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
- Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in geriatric care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
