Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating and assessing patients' conditions, working closely with our licensed Physical Therapists.
- Treatment Implementation: Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist, providing hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and manual techniques.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:
- Education: Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Licensure: Valid Alaska state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
