We are currently seeking to employ a Part Time Adult/Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide on-call services for our post-acute locations in Maryland and Virginia. As our on-call Nurse Practitioner, you will be a part of our caring team of NPs who are responsible for fielding calls from home Monday - Thursday from 7 PM - 8 AM, and on weekends from Friday 5 PM until Monday 8 AM. This is a crucial part of our care continuity requiring full attention to handle the complexity and call volume.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the Post-acute / Long Term Care a plus
- Maryland Board licensure
- Federal DEA certification
- Experience with geriatric patients preferred
