Clinical Nurse Manager - RN – 5W - Med Surg/Tele - Full Time - Days

Bring your passion for team-building to one of our Medical/Surgical units, offering comprehensive care with a human touch. 5W is a 40-bedded unit comprised of Medical and Surgery patients along with telemetry monitoring. Clinical Nurse Managers coordinate all aspects of clinical care to ensure the delivery of high-quality, family-centered services to our patients. Assist with unit administration, including the management of staffing needs. Counsel staff RNs on a regular basis, providing clinical education and conducting follow-up procedures as necessary. Foster collaboration and independent thinking. Lead and round with the staff. Mentor, coach, and implement performance and quality improvement.

Preferred Criteria
Required Criteria
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State registration to practice nursing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
- Previous clinical expertise within Med Surg
