Join a leading clinician-led behavioral health company today! OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to join our team. OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in serving both adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment since 2016.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, collaborating with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals.
- Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and duration of visits.
- Provide medication management, individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
- Enjoy the freedom to create your own custom schedule, typically working between Mondays – Fridays from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities.
Licensure, Education & Experience:
Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience working with various behavioral health issues. New graduates are welcome. Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
