REQUIREMENTS

RN- AZ- license in good standing
2 years of current acute care/sub acute/Long-term experience
BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC (front/back-signed)
2- Current references (RN’s)
Current – Physical (within 12 months)
Current – PPD (within 12 months)
Titers- MMR/Varicella/Hep B
Tdap and Flu vaccine – current
Respiratory Fit testing (within 12 months)
Must be able to pass a background screening
Must be able to pass urine drug testing
