(Physician/MD qualifications required) Emergency Medicine Position
This southwest Georgia medical center, a JCAHO accredited facility, is seeking a board certified or board eligible Emergency Medicine physician. Coverage requirements vary among shifts and are very flexible.
Position Details:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
- Full-time Independent Contractor
- Majority day shifts, with 2-4 nights
- 9 - 11 HR shifts available
Emergency Department:
- Level three trauma center
- 36 HR Physician coverage
- 24 HR APP Coverage
- 5 ambulance bays
- 4 fast track rooms to reduce patient wait time
- Isolation rooms with independent air control system
