Job Description:
The successful candidate will apply innovative, rigorous methods of implementation and improvement sciences to support and lead research within the Evans Center for Implementation and Improvement Sciences (CIIS). The individual will work closely with the Evans Center Leadership and Research Fellows in the development and execution of a diverse research and educational portfolio. The individual will be responsible for staffing consultations about implementation and improvement sciences, conceptualizing and collaborating with others to develop innovative research studies, and carrying out data collection and analysis. Additionally, the individual will be expected to write manuscripts and prepare and deliver presentations to report results and novel methods for implementation and improvement projects. Administrative tasks can include scheduling consultations, promoting organizational events and offerings, facilitating the fellowship application process, creating Annual Reports, and taking meeting notes.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in qualitative methods preferred.
- Candidates who are fluent bilingual speakers of Spanish or Haitian Creole encouraged to apply.
- 3 to 5 years of experience required. Master's degree preferred.
