About the role:
It's an amazing time to join K Health! Help us close nationwide care gaps by delivering fully Virtual Comprehensive Care to patients in need. We are looking for full-time Primary Care Clinicians who will provide fully remote text and video-based comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate has multiple state licenses, ideally 10+, but we will consider fewer if you have any (NY, NJ, CT, CA, FL, PA, or TX). You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your patients, representing K Health while providing world-class remote care. You must be board certified in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of comprehensive care and mental health. Work from the comfort of your own home and deliver care to those who need it the most. Backed by K Health's cutting-edge Clinical AI Platform, patients access care using our Medical Chat AI visit intake, making their visit intent clear from the start, allowing you to address your patient’s chief complaints easily and efficiently. Our first-of-its-kind virtual clinic is fully supported 24/7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff helping to greatly reduce your administrative burden. This is a Full-Time position that will require 32 hours a week, and one weekend day per month.
What you'll be doing:
- Working a structured schedule with a calendar view of your scheduled visits, with the flexibility to take concurrent on-demand visits
- Manage an assigned patient panel and build strong provider-to-patient relationships
- Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs
- Manage patient follow-ups for chronic care conditions
- Prescribe and refill medication as appropriate
- Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes
- Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters
- Collaborate with Clinical Team Members to build clinical guidelines and policies
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of post-residency work experience
- 10+ State licenses or a lesser combination that includes (NY, NJ, CT, CA, FL, PA, or TX)
- Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
- Primary care and behavioral health experience, ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions
- Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have telemedicine experience
- Clean background and medical malpractice history
- Willing to be a collaborating physician
Hourly Compensation:
$110 - $150 USD
We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
