Job Responsibilities
- Admits, treats and discharges patients.
- Monitors and assesses patients during pre- and post-operations.
- Provides pre and post-operative instructions and communicates effectively with patients.
- Provide compassionate care to all Spring patients.
- Daily chart audits and MD chart review and preparation.
- Perform weekly cycle start/baseline assessments.
- Establish confidence, trust and a positive rapport with all of our patients.
- Case manage a large patient portfolio.
- Coordinate treatment plans.
- Rooming patients, obtaining vitals, performing phlebotomy, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean clinic.
- Assisting physicians during procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI, etc.).
- Provide high quality service to couples seeking treatment for infertility, including diagnostic and therapeutic services.
- Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatment plans.
- Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent written communication skills including clear, thoughtful and detailed correspondence.
