2024 & 2025 visa candidates are welcome to apply; however, the position is available immediately. Prefer candidates with residency in Anesthesia or PM&R, and have completed or are in a pain fellowship. Must be willing to supervise APPs.

This practice offers a comprehensive range of services for patients with acute or chronic pain. Through the combined expertise of a multidisciplinary team of pain specialists, the practice offers the most advanced treatment options currently available, in a supportive, compassionate environment.
Pain is a complex medical problem that can have profound effects on your physical and mental well-being. Their goal is to help the patient decrease their level of pain and suffering, return him/her to their maximum level of functioning and independence, and restore their quality of life. The practice provides care for hospitalized and ambulatory patients with acute, chronic, and cancer pain problems. Their services cover a vast geographic area around the greater Dayton area, encompassing an 80-mile radius along interstates 75 and 40. The practice is the only facility with multiple service locations and offers the largest number of providers and highly qualified board-certified physicians specializing in Pain, Addiction, Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Electromyography, Spinal Cord injuries, Critical Care, Hospice Palliative Care, Chiropractic Care, Psychotherapists, and Counseling.
Hours are M-F from 8 am to 5 pm. 4 days in the office and 1 full day for procedures. Must be able to do all procedures, joint injections, etc.
Compensation is very competitive, plus 4 weeks vacation, $5,000 CME, PTO, Malpractice, plus much more. Partnership track is optional.
