Job Overview:
Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We are seeking dedicated RNs to join our Medical Surgical team in Watertown, WI. This full-time role requires working 36 hours per week on a day shift schedule (7 am - 7 pm).
The unit specializes in treating adult patients with various medical conditions, including those in our Bone & Joint program. As an RN, you'll work alongside experienced Hospitalist providers (physicians and nurse practitioners) and Patient Care Partners (LPNs, CNAs, EMTs) to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Associate of Science Degree in Nursing (ASN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Three years of current critical care RN experience
- Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN) certification or obtained within 2 years of hire
