The Manager is critical to the success of the Children’s Wisconsin’s Mental and Behavioral Health strategy by increasing Access, reducing Stigma, engaging in Early Detection, Prevention and Education. Responsible for the overall delivery, quality, sustainability, and growth of the Mental and Behavioral Health clinical supervision model. This role focuses on clinical leadership, staff supervision, engagement, quality improvement, clinical excellence and family experience, and advocacy. Will partner with Director on financial management, budget, strategic planning and operations.
Licensure
- Current licensure as LPC, LMFT or LCSW for five or more years, or licensure as a psychologist (if supervising trainees), per State of WI statutes.
- Must complete Children’s credentialing process.
Education (Experience can be substituted for education)
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
Experience (Education can be substituted for experience)
- Minimum 3 years of child-focused therapy experience.
- One year of supervisory experience required.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Advanced analytical and decision making skills necessary to resolve employee and operational problems and assist in the development of departmental budgets and operational planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians, clinic/hospital staff and community.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based/informed care principles and approaches.
- Ability to work autonomously under conditions of ambiguity.
- Demonstrated focus on customer service and continuous quality improvement.
- Occasional evening and weekend work.
- Local and statewide travel.
- Grant/RFP writing/reporting experience preferred.

- One of the following: N/A, License LPC-Professional Counselor (125) - State of Wisconsin, License MFT-Marriage Family Therapy (124) - State of Wisconsin, License Psychologist (57) - State of Wisconsin, License Social Worker Clinical (123) - State of Wisconsin
