Our client is located in Manheim, PA. They offer an incredible rural, small-town feel for those who enjoy a slower daily pace. If you’re looking for a bigger adventure, they are located an hour and a half away from Philadelphia, where you’ll have endless opportunities to shop, eat, and explore.
Practice Overview
Our client has been serving the community for over 70 years! They are an established privately owned general practice that prioritizes high-quality care. They are so big on ensuring both client and patient have a positive experience, they even create a parking lot that gives you enough space in between spots to avoid the risk of dinging a car door when letting your pets in and out of the car. They are fully equipped with in-house labs, digital X-ray, digital dental X-ray, a brand new Mindray Vetus 7 ultrasound, EKG, and more! The team is full of compassion and dedication when it comes to patient care as well as cultivating a healthy and positive work environment.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Nurture and maintain client relationships
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Must perform general wellness exams, dental procedures, and surgeries
- Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
- Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
- Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
- Ability to perform surgery
- New Graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
