Job Title: Integrated Care Manager (ITBC Discipline Manager - Peer Providers)
Job Overview:
The Integrated Care Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and professional development of peer staff within Integrated Team-Based Care (ITBC) and Collaborative Care (CC) services. This role focuses on implementing best practices, staff management, and quality control measures, while collaborating with ITBC/CC leadership to support and guide peer staff. Key duties include facilitating training, managing compliance, providing case-level support, and advocating for peer staff to ensure program obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support ITBC/CC Peer staff, offering individual and group coaching and crisis management.
- Foster team cohesion and collaboration with internal partners for program and role development.
- Ensure compliance with credentialing standards, state regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee training and professional development for Peer staff in partnership with Cascadias training department.
- Act as a leader within the ITBC/CC teams, participating in ongoing process reviews and crisis response.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree in a related field or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Traditional Healthcare Worker (THW) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Minimum of 4 years of peer support experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of harm reduction philosophies, trauma-informed care, and cultural responsiveness.
