Harmony Veterinary Care is looking for an Associate DVM to join our team! Harmony is a small animal integrated veterinary practice. With 6 exam rooms and close to 15,000 square feet, Harmony offers the best of both worlds. We engage and keep the clients as involved as possible to ensure comfortability with both client and pet. With the integration of different styles of medicine, we offer many alternatives like vaccine titers, acupuncture, laser therapy, Chinese herbs, herbal tonics, and food consultations to ensure our patients are well taken care of. In addition to having IDEXX laboratory equipment, we partner with 8 different universities to expand our testing availability. Our team is looking for a DVM who can provide compassionate care and a calming presence to minimize patient and client stress levels.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Supports excellence in client experience
- Works collaboratively with HM and Medical Director
- Practices high quality, gold standard medicine
COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Valid and in good standing licensed veterinarian within the state of Arizona
- Strong clinical skills and sound medical judgment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Time-management and delegation abilities
- Exercises sound judgment and demonstrates exemplary decision-making skills
- Professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with others
