About this role:
iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Manager in our Houston Office, who will manage and implement our clinical services quality management program, oversee quality assurance, and assist with compliance activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Ongoing development, coordination, and evaluation of iRhythm's Clinical Quality Plan. This includes assisting the Clinical Leadership with the development of policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborates with the Clinical management team to develop objective and meaningful quality goals and outcomes relative to clinical operations; reviews data assessment methods/tools to ensure that both qualitative and quantitative data is accessible to measure applicable processes.
- Coordinate with the compliance team, develop comprehensive quality assurance plans for all clinical activities within the department to ensure compliance with the IDTF Standards, Joint Commission, federal, state, international and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensures all quality activities align with process improvement activities and that iRhythm's policies and practices are up to date and support regulations and standards.
- Develops improvement plans using quality improvement methods (process improvement, continuous improvement, total quality management, etc.).
- Schedule communication of the quality data on an ongoing basis to iRhythm's Leadership Team and Medical Directors (monthly and quarterly review).
- Ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patient reports are curated meeting the expected quality thresholds.
- Works cross-functionally with Clinical Leadership and Regulatory team to minimize patient and business risk through iRhythm quality policies and processes.
- Adherence to HIPAA Guidelines and Good Clinical Practices.
- Management and development of Clinical Quality team members.
About you:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in related field required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance process.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Management or Supervisory role.
- Current CCT certification and/or RN/Paramedic License or ability to be certified within 90 days of hire.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including leadership, planning, and communication.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and organizational skills required.
- Knowledge of FDA and GPC regulations preferred.
- Clinical Knowledge: Arrhythmia Interpretation Skills.
- Great work ethic and a desire to provide high-quality outcomes (reports) to our clients and patients.
