Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, and we are open to recent graduates or experienced professionals. Future buy-out opportunities are available for those interested in ownership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new grad who would like to mentor under Dr. Raney, an experienced dentist, and someone passionate about expanding their skill set in areas like moderate sedation dentistry and All-On-X Implants. We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow, while also communicating well with a small-town demographic. We will heavily promote you as the new "community dentist", making this a unique position for someone excited about living and working in a state as distinctive as Wyoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, focusing on general dentistry procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to create a positive and productive working environment.
- Maintain compliance with all dental practice regulations.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree.
- Active Wyoming State Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.
- Willingness to be trained and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Desire to mentor under an experienced dentist and master new procedures, including advanced implant techniques.
Pay: 32% Net Production.
