Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Shift: 10-Hour Nights (Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
Shifts per Week: 4 (40 scheduled hours)
Hourly Rate: $33 - $48
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for qualified applicants
Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time CT Technologist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology in a dynamic hospital setting. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment in optimal condition. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT procedures according to exam protocols in a timely manner.
- Use AIDET communication to ensure patient understanding, safety, and comfort during procedures.
- Position patients, adjust immobilization devices, and set equipment controls for accurate imaging.
- Follow safety protocols, including infection control, radiation safety, and sterile techniques during invasive procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and work areas, reporting any issues to management.
- Ensure proper documentation is completed, including patient history, consent forms, and medical imaging records.
- Act as a preceptor by providing training to new team members and participating in cross-training initiatives.
- Take on-call duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Program.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Licensure/Certification:
- ARRT-CT certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography (CT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Licensed as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) by the State of Texas Medical Board.
- Additional certifications in Radiography (R), Nuclear Medicine (N), or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) required.
