Who you are:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Orthopedic Unit at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you enjoy the fast pace of a busy acute care unit! You will care for patients with musculoskeletal issues, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fractures, or spine surgeries.
What you’ll do:
- Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data.
- Employ your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting the plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC.
- Serve as a mentor for your team.
- Join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients.
