Aircraft Detailing Lead - Atlanta, GA

Pay: $22 hourly
Shift: Open/flexible availability is desired (Monday to Sunday)
Location: DeKalb-Peachtree Airport/Fulton County Airport - Brown Field (PDK or FTY) as your base location and travel to surrounding Immaculate Flight locations with the use of a company vehicle.

Job Summary: As an aircraft detailer, you will detail high-end luxury aircraft and interact with Immaculate Flight’s clients. Duties include cleaning tasks on/in/around corporate and/or commercial aircraft, polishing brightwork, paint polishes, and sealants, as well as cleaning passenger cabins, lavatories, cockpits, and aircraft exteriors. You must be comfortable and physically able to work in various climates, on ladders, and at various heights. As a Lead, you will assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and execution of standard operating procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Detail interior and exterior of aircraft.
- Complete all training modules and assignments.
- Ensure quality control through pre and post checklists.
- Collaborate to ensure work environments are safe.
- Train and coach teammates based on company SOPs.
- Oversee services in the absence of a Supervisor.
- Assist with inventory and supplies.
- Assist with weekly and monthly audits as assigned.
- Complete extra tasks assigned by Supervisor/Ops Manager.
- Report to Supervisor.
- Job duties may expand as experience grows.
Education & Experience: While detailing experience is good, we will provide the knowledge and confidence needed to perform the job. 6 months internal experience preferred.

- Must work well with others and maintain professionalism.
- High level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Pass random drug screens throughout employment.
- Legally eligible for US employment through E-Verify.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation 24/7.
- Maintain a great attendance record and punctuality.
- Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work on ladders and various heights.
- Ability to physically bend, lift, and crouch often.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- To comply with the ADA, this position requires some repetitive arm motions and will not require lifting more than 50 pounds without equipment aid.
