Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, dedicated to providing exceptional quality patient care, and passionate about serving our community. The incoming APP will join a well-established program and work in a team-based care model.

The position

Full-time employed opportunity - Working Monday thru Thursday 8-5 and Fridays 8-12
Collaborating with Dr. Nelson - Shared panel
Busy outpatient practice, seeing 15-17 patients per day
No call (at this time), no nights, no weekends, no holidays
Collaborate and manage patients with mostly Type II Diabetes, but also managing patients with Type I Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, and Osteoporosis
Required Experience: Candidate must have experience working in an endocrinology practice or inpatient setting
Certification requirements: Candidate must be a Certified Diabetes Educator
Iowa license required at time of employment
