Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Pocatello, Idaho
Shift: Variable Shifts
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 shifts per week
Shift Duration: 10 hours
Hourly Rate: $35.23/hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic special procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality images while ensuring safety measures are applied to both radiation exposure and patient care. This position offers a dynamic work environment with variable shift opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect patient data and document procedures accurately.
- Perform routine and special radiographic procedures, ensuring quality imaging.
- Assist physicians with fluoroscopic procedures, following safety and procedural protocols.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives within the department to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Certification and current registration as a Radiologic Technologist (R.T.) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Candidates who are registry-eligible must obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within six months of hire and maintained thereafter.
- Must attend a 6 lead EKG course within six months of hire.
