We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic clinicians to join our growing team. As the Clinical Manager, you will provide leadership to the Children's Family Intensive team, who work in office, school, home, and community-based settings providing support to children and their families.
Riverbend is looking for providers who will:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a clinical team of primarily community-based staff
- Provide program development and management
- Engage with the community
- Maintain active participation on the management team
- Provide some direct clinical services to children and families served by the FIT team
Education and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy, or a related field is required.
- Eligibility for NH Licensure as LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required. Active licensure in NH is preferred.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, their families, and the children’s system of care is required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in the NH community mental health system is preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills are required.
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance or access to a reasonable alternative is required.
