Practice Highlights:
- Call will be 1:4.
- Monday through Friday APPs take first call and the hospitalist team does a fantastic job of managing ER patients; the neurosurgeons rarely come into the hospital.
- There are six APPs on staff to run clinic, round, and take first call during the day.
- 80/20 mix of spine and cranial cases.
- Both hospitals are equipped with an O-Arm and Stealth.
- Large internal referral base of employed primary care providers with a terrific catchment area of nine counties.
- Anticipated volume of 8k RVUs in year one; current surgeons are at the MGMA 75th percentile in productivity.
