Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to drive our expansion in the pharmacy billing and specialty pharmacy markets. This new role will be responsible for product planning and launch of our SaaS products through the lifecycle of the business and ensures financial and consumer satisfaction goals are met with these products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmacy industry, particularly of NCPDP’s Telecom standards and Specialty Pharmacy environments. As a Product Manager, you will define the vision for the product and collaborate with other leaders from engineering, marketing, sales, and operations departments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in the pharmacy space. You will demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Most importantly, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels both externally and internally in a matrixed organization. The Product Manager is responsible for the achievement of growth objectives including revenue, profitability, client satisfaction and ROI.
You may be hired as a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.
What will you do?
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product line.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, opportunities for innovation, and remain up to date on information relevant to product development, with an emphasis on Medicare.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical product management, sales, and customer support, to expand our high-quality pharmacy solutions.
- Establish and manage a strategic product roadmap that achieves both business objectives and customer value.
- Define and communicate the why of product direction and business need to the broader company, and can adjust communication to different levels, from executive leadership to a tactical project team.
- Define product requirements and user stories, and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market demand, and business goals.
- Product Launch and Go-to-Market:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including marketing strategies, sales and customer experience.
- Monitor product performance gathering feedback to inform future product iterations.
- Understand product data, analytics and customer research, synthesizing and applying insights to prioritize and define success of initiatives.
- Customer experience and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates full competence and acts as a subject matter expert in relevant product area, including the business strategy, customer needs, and market analysis.
- Conduct regular product demos, webinars, and training sessions to educate customers and gather insights.
- Revenue and Performance Management:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to develop pricing strategies and forecast revenue.
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on pharmacy billing and NCPDP Telecom standards.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, claims processing, and compliance.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time to meet with customers, attend conferences, and collaborate with remote teams.

What does the position pay:
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $109,000 - $120,000 annual compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
