RN and LPN Home Health & Hospice Case Worker
We're immediately interviewing RNs and LPNs for Heartwood Home Health and Hospice, a small privately owned and highly regarded Home Health and Hospice company in Salt Lake that treats their employees and patients like family.
We are currently looking to hire 2 new RN or LPN Case Managers. This is a unique and wonderful place to work, offering joy and fulfillment that nursing has to offer.
Heartwood has an excellent reputation for great patient care, treating employees like family, and utilizing proprietary software systems to make reporting simple and efficient. They have maintained an excellent reputation for the past 17 years.
The schedule is 9-5 Monday - Friday with one night on call per week.
