Job Specifics:

Seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented NP/PA to work with a team of Pulmonary and Critical Care Providers.
Applicants must have the ability to diagnose patients and implement a plan of care for acute and chronic health conditions in the intensive care unit.
Closed Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
16 bed MSICU, 6 bed Intermediate Care Unit.
Rotating schedule, including weekends, holidays, nights as required to meet 24/7 patient care needs.

Education

4 year / Bachelor's Degree: Physician Assistant (Required)
Master's Degree (Preferred)

Certification / Licensure / Registration

BLS Certification (Required)
HCCPA Re-certification exam every six years (Required)
Registration from Maryland State Board of Physician Quality Assurance (Required)

Experience and Skills

0 - 1 year Physician Assistant (Required)
2 - 4 years Physician Assistant (Preferred)

Required Skills: Strong critical care patient management experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as effective written and oral communication skills. Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
