The Physician Assistant position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team at the Institute for Human Reproduction. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direct patient care for reproductive and women’s health patients.
- Perform and manage diagnostic ultrasounds (transvaginal, abdominal, follicular, uterine evaluations).
- Oversee patient case management for IVF, including testing, treatment calendars, and education.
- Educate patients on IVF, fertility preservation, genetic testing, and medication usage.
- Manage and adjust patient treatment protocols, ensuring informed decisions.
- Triage patient medical concerns via phone/portal and take necessary actions.
- Document care plans and interactions in EMR, and manage electronic scheduling.
- Assist physicians during procedures and support team collaboration.
- Coordinate various fertility treatment cycles (IVF, ovulation induction, surrogacy, etc.).
- Prepare patients for surgical procedures, administer medications, and perform diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with patients and ensure they have necessary prescriptions.
- Uphold confidentiality, punctuality, and effective practice operations.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in OB/GYN and/or labor and delivery (preferred).
- In vitro fertilization (IVF) experience (2 years preferred).
- Active PA-C.
- CPR and/or ACLS Certification.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 (annually)
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 per year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
