We are searching for passionate Clinical Psychologists to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants, and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness. Clarity offers administrative, billing, and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!
We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and we accept self-pay clients.
In this role you will:
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care.
- Manage a caseload of 8-24 attended client sessions per week (Part Time/ Full Time optional): 24 sessions for Full Time are required.
- Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plans consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
- Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
- Promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision, and values through both behavior and job performance and adhere to policies, procedures, Compliance plan, and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.

- Compensation - Fully Licensed: $60-$65/per hour commensurate with years of experience.
- Compensation - Post Doctoral Fellows: $50-$60/per hour commensurate with years of experience.

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Illinois, licensed PhD/PsyD - or License-eligible/Post Doctoral candidate.
- Psychological Testing & Assessment experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow/organizational skills.
Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:
- Individual & Family-focused therapy
- CBT | DBT | ACT
- EMDR
- Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
- CADC
- Marriage and Family Therapy
- IOP/PHP programs
- Group Therapy
