Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Speech Language Pathologists to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be a part of a growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
- Administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress.
