Job Responsibilities:
- Review special education files for newly enrolled students to determine compliance with state and federal regulations, as it pertains to eligibility determinations.
- Facilitate the review of existing data with Student Intervention Team (SIT).
- Co-facilitate the Student Intervention Team (SIT).
- Oversee the evaluation process being conducted by outside contracted psychologists.
- Administer assessments related to special education eligibility determinations face-to-face or virtually.
- Score, analyze and interpret intellectual, academic, social/emotional/behavioral and other psychometric assessments.
- Complete initial and triennial review evaluation reports and facilitate associated meetings.
- Provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavior intervention plans.
- Provide trainings to special education staff, students, and families on related topics.
- Coordinate and/or collaborate with a range of individuals/agencies to promote and provide comprehensive services to students and families.

Education/Training/Experience/Professional Requirements:
- Valid Arizona Department of Public Safety Identity Verified Prints (IVP) fingerprint card.
- Completion of a Graduate degree in School Psychology.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a School Psychologist position preferred.
Environmental Conditions:
Usual office setting. Travel within the state of Arizona may be required.
