We are hiring immediately for the following positions:
- Special Education Teachers – Full Time – master's degree in special education with appropriate NYS Teaching Certification, or bachelor’s degree in special education or related field, with graduate level Coursework in Special Education with NYS Provisional Certification or Certificate of Qualification (Salary Range: $26.65 -$31.00)
- Teaching Assistants- Part Time/Full Time - NYS TA Certification Required (Salary Range: $17.18 - $18.18)
- Teachers’ Aides- Part Time/Full Time - Entry level, a great way to get started! (Salary Range: $16.58 - 17.85)
- Behavior Support Specialist - Full Time - High School Diploma or equivalent. A combination of education and experience which in the opinion of school administration meets the needs of the school program. (Salary Range: $17.18 - $18.18)
Full-time positions are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm; 32.5 hours per week, 48 weeks per year. This position follows the school calendar (September – June), with a 6-week summer program.

- Have the ability to push and pull students in wheelchairs, lift, bend, squat, turn in the knees, pivot and grasp with both hands (in order to properly and safely perform the techniques taught in CPR/First Aid, behavior intervention techniques, and lifting and carrying techniques), with or without a reasonable accommodation.
