Position Overview
Our Wound Care Center is currently seeking a Certified Wound and Ostomy Care Nurse (CWOCN). In this role, the RN will provide consultation service for select York Hospital inpatients guided by national expanded scope of practice standards as well as time in our outpatient Wound Care Center facility.
Essential Functions
- Perform an initial bedside assessment
- Work in conjunction with the patient's primary care team
- Provide wound care and management
Minimum Requirements
In order to help us continue to provide exceptional care we require: An RN with their Wound Care certification, previous experience working in med/surg, home health or wound care preferred.
