Practice Overview
Our client is a full-service animal hospital that offers its clients routine medical, surgical, and dental care as well as emergency treatment support. What sets them apart is their firm commitment to education. They pride themselves on educating their clients and challenge them to continuously expand their knowledge and skill set to provide high-quality veterinary care. The facility is newly renovated and is equipped with modern technology and state-of-the-art equipment. Their team comprises passionate veterinary professionals who foster a collaborative, supportive working environment.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
- Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited school required
- Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Pennsylvania
- A minimum of two years of experience required
- General surgical skills required
- Experience working orthopedic cases preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous education and growth
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt and be flexible
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a passion for mentoring and working with others
